Troubleshooting — reactions not working

Checklist when new posts get no reactions or partial reactions.

In the Bot

1. Channel Active not inactive?
2. Main bot still channel admin?
3. Check secondary bots — all required bots in channel?
4. Not blocked bot / joined required channel?
5. Plan not expired / daily cap not exceeded?

In the Mini App (Panel)

1. Health dot red/yellow — read Bot status.
2. Per bot ✗ not in channel — use Add as admin.
3. Home plan shows expired or daily cap full.

Common mistakes

• Testing on old posts — service reacts to new channel_post events (or use React to a post).
• Album: only one reaction per media group.
