Overview
TelegramMember sells digital Telegram growth services — including Telegram members, post views, and reactions — not physical products. On this page, a “return” means cancellation or refund of a digital service, not sending goods back by mail.
This Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds may be approved, how partial refunds are calculated, and how cancelled orders are returned to your account balance. It applies to orders placed on telegrammember.co, including shop checkout, your customer dashboard, and API orders.
TM is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP. Telegram may apply restrictions, removals, or platform limits that are outside our control.

Nature of our services
Each order is delivered to the Telegram channel, group, or post URL you provide. Most campaigns begin shortly after payment. Larger packages may be delivered gradually to match normal channel activity.
Order status is visible in your dashboard:
- Pending payment — checkout started, payment not completed
- Paid / Processing — payment received, delivery in progress
- Completed — ordered quantity delivered
- Cancelled — order stopped before completion, where cancellation is available
Once delivery has started, the service cannot be “returned” like a physical item because it is already being applied to your Telegram target.
Your responsibilities before ordering
Please verify these details before payment:
- Submit the correct public Telegram channel, group, or post URL
- For private targets, provide the access required for delivery, such as admin permissions or the requested invite access
- Never share Telegram passwords or sensitive login credentials
- Confirm the target is active, public or accessible, and not restricted at delivery time
- Review package type, quantity, and target link carefully
If incorrect details are submitted by the customer and delivery has already started, a refund is usually not available. Contact support immediately if you notice a mistake before delivery begins.
When refunds are available
We may approve a full or partial refund when:
- Payment was completed but delivery has not started
- Only part of the order was delivered because of a confirmed fulfillment issue on our side
- You were charged more than once for the same valid order
- A confirmed technical billing error caused an incorrect charge
- The order is cancelled before delivery starts, where cancellation is available in your account
- We confirm the order cannot be completed due to a service-side issue
Cancellations and account credit
If your order is still eligible for cancellation in your dashboard, you may cancel it directly. When a cancelled order qualifies for a refund, the approved amount is returned to your TelegramMember account credit (wallet balance).
Once the credit is added back to your account, you can use it immediately to place a new order for Telegram members, post views, reactions, or any other available service. You do not need to contact support to reuse cancelled-order credit for a new purchase.
If you prefer not to reorder immediately, the returned amount remains in your account balance until you use it for a future order.
Partial refunds
If part of your order was delivered successfully and the remaining quantity could not be completed for a valid service-side reason, we may refund only the undelivered portion to your account credit or original payment method, depending on how the order was paid.
An order is treated as completed once the full purchased quantity has been delivered, or once 90% or more of the order has been delivered and the remaining amount is not reasonably fulfillable.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- The order is completed or at least 90% delivered
- The customer submitted an incorrect, expired, private, or inaccessible Telegram link
- Required access was not provided for a private channel or group
- Delivery was affected by Telegram restrictions, channel limitations, bans, or platform actions
- Members, views, or reactions decrease after successful delivery due to normal retention or Telegram activity
- The customer requests a refund simply because they changed their mind after delivery started
- The order violates our Terms & Conditions or involves prohibited or abusive use
- The refund request is made outside the request window below
- A checkout invoice expired before payment was completed
Member and engagement retention
Telegram channels and posts can gain or lose visibility and engagement over time. TelegramMember does not guarantee permanent retention after delivery is completed. Natural drops, unfollows, view changes, or Telegram-side removals after successful delivery are not considered non-delivery and are not eligible for refunds unless a specific package guarantee is stated on the product page.
Refund methods
Approved refunds are issued as:
- TelegramMember account credit (wallet balance) — the standard method for eligible cancelled orders and wallet-paid purchases; returned credit can be used right away for a new order
- Original payment method — when technically possible for gateway or crypto payments
- Account credit — when the original payment method cannot be reversed
For most cancelled orders paid from your account balance, the refunded amount is added back to your wallet so you can submit a corrected or replacement order without making a new external payment.
Crypto and gateway payments
Orders paid directly through crypto gateways may take longer to refund because of payment provider and blockchain confirmation times. When a gateway-paid order is cancelled or approved for refund before completion, we may return the amount to your account credit or to the original payment flow when supported.
Network fees, processor costs, or blockchain transaction fees may be deducted where permitted by the payment provider. Payments sent to the wrong network or address cannot be reversed.
How to request a refund
Contact support within 14 days of the order date or completion date, whichever is later.
Include:
- Order number
- Telegram channel, group, or post link
- Clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or supporting details, if available
If your order is still eligible for cancellation in your dashboard, cancelling it directly is usually the fastest way to return the amount to your account credit and place a new order.
Refund processing time
- Initial review: 1–3 business days
- Approved wallet or account-credit refunds: usually shortly after approval, often immediately after cancellation
- Approved gateway or crypto refunds: 3–7 business days, plus provider or blockchain confirmation time
If you have not received an approved refund after the expected period, contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet balance is intended for future purchases on TelegramMember and is generally non-refundable to cash or external payment methods once credited successfully. Exceptions may apply only for confirmed duplicate deposits or verified system billing errors.
Account credit from cancelled orders is not the same as a wallet top-up: it is returned order value that you may use immediately for a new purchase.
API and reseller orders
API orders follow the same refund rules as standard shop orders. For faster resolution, open a support ticket with the API order ID before escalating a payment dispute. Repeated unjustified disputes may result in temporary account or API access suspension during review.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact our support team before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. This allows us to review delivery logs, order status, and payment records. Unauthorized or premature disputes may delay resolution and may result in temporary account suspension while the case is reviewed.
Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of TelegramMember after changes are published means you accept the updated version.
