How the free Telegram reactions claim works

1. Submit a public post URL that includes the message id.
2. Confirm reactions are enabled and the sample emoji is in your allowed set, then we queue 50 reactions.
3. Review the post, then continue with Shop packages or Reaction Bot if you need reactions on many posts.

Check these two settings first

Reactions have to be switched on — and the emoji set matters

Reactions are off by default in channels and groups. An admin has to enable them in Channel Settings → Reactions. Until that is done, no reaction can be placed on the post — not a paid one, not a free one, not one from a real subscriber.

There is a second setting almost nobody checks. Under Reactions you choose between All reactions and Some reactions. If you restricted your channel to a specific emoji set, anything outside that set will not land.

So a free sample sending an emoji your channel does not allow will look like a failed delivery. It is not. It is a settings mismatch, and it is the single most common reason a reaction claim appears to do nothing.

Before you claim, confirm two things: reactions are enabled on the channel, and the emoji this sample uses is inside your allowed set — or the channel is set to All reactions.

Reactions cannot be removed one at a time

Worth knowing before you test on a post you care about: Telegram does not let an admin remove someone else's reaction. You can only remove your own.

The only admin-side reversal is switching reactions off for the entire channel, which hides every reaction on every post — not just the one you were testing.

So choose the post for a free sample the way you would choose a post for a paid order. There is no per-post undo.

Star Reactions are a separate system

Telegram has two things called reactions, and they are not related.

Emoji reactions are the free tap-to-react row under a post. Anyone can use them if the admin enabled them.

Star Reactions are a monetisation feature. A reader spends Telegram Stars, and the channel owner receives them. Admins turn this on separately under Channel Settings → Reactions → Enable Paid Reactions.

Reaction services — ours and everyone else's, free or paid — deliver ordinary emoji reactions. They do not send Stars, and they do not add anything to your Star balance.

If you enabled Paid Reactions expecting a reaction package to generate revenue, it will not. Two unrelated systems that happen to share a word.

When to use this page vs Reaction Bot

Use this page for a one-time public post test. Use Reaction Bot when you administer channels and want recurring reactions as part of a workflow.

Where this stops

• • Private posts and invite links are rejected.
